Year 10 student Emma is currently ranked 1st in the North West and 12th in the UK for the girls U15 Hammer.
In July this year, she represented her County and competed in the English Schools National competition in Birmingham. Emma has worked really hard and has consistently improved her PB which currently stands at 42.24. This is a Grade 1 AAA for her age group.
Emma is the 2019 Lancashire Schools Champion, won gold at the Mid Lancs Medal Meeting and gold in the most recent Youth Development League National Final. She also won a silver medal at the Northern Athletics Championship.
Emma will move into the Under 17 age group next year...a new challenge!
