Leaders of the Future

Garstang Community Academy

Before the summer break, all of the students took part in leadership training with Seth Wilkins and Estelle Bellamy, and came up with a range of ideas that they want to implement in the coming year.

The Head Boy and Head Girls are all responsible for a different area of the GCA mission and have shown exceptional maturity and collaborative skills.

This year GCA has appointed a new style leadership team who are keen to support the growth and development of the school through a range of initiatives and through mentoring students in key stage 3.

This fantastic team was selected following a rigorous application process and all demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for supporting the school community.
