Today is Personal Development day for our Year 10 students, with employers integrating with students discussing the skills needed in the workplace.
Well done to a group of our Year 10 girls who took on the Preston's College challenge to build the longest, most cost effective bridge, that can also hold weight. The task has been delivered to 3000 students across Lancashire and no other group has come close!
The aim of the session was to bridge the skills gap in construction and promote women within the industry.
