Next Steps Assembly for Year 11!

We were delighted to welcome Ashley from Lancaster & Morecambe College today, who delivered an essential assembly to our Year 11 students! 

It was a brilliant opportunity for students to get vital information about their post-16 education choices.

Here are the key takeaways we want to share:

• Every Grade Counts! Reminder to all students: your GCSE grades are important for your future college and course applications. Keep working hard!
• Don't Delay, Apply Today! Students are strongly encouraged to submit their college applications before the Christmas break. Getting your application in early is crucial!
• Keep Your Options Open: Students can and should apply to multiple colleges to ensure they have the best range of choices.
• Flexibility is Key: Don't worry if you're not 100% sure on your path yet! They confirmed that course choices can be changed after applying and even closer to enrolment.
