Women in Engineering Day on-site at BAES Submarines, Barrow-in-Furness
Ten of our year 8 girls had the opportunity to partake in practical workshops from a variety of local engineering employers. The aim of the event was to engage them in STEM subjects and show them what amazing opportunities they have to get involved with engineering, both in the local area and job opportunities all over the country!
