Last night saw the first ever 11 a side hockey match on our all weather pitch. Our students bravely took on Rossall. There was some fantastic link up play in the circle between Ros and Orla, which allowed Ros to lhook the ball high over the keeper to score our first ever goal!
Deep into the second half Ros added to her tally with a lovely strike making the final score 2-0 to Garstang.
Special thanks to Rossall for playing and to all our girls for taking part. It was great to see Mia, Molly, Emily, Abbie, Evie, Emma, Ros, Orla, Lucy, Daisy, Grace, Holly, Eloise, Niyah and Jennifer taking part in competitive hockey.
