Pupils visited residents at Meadow Croft care home, to talk about the meaning of Christmas and to entertain them with some carols. Doug Farquarson, Head of History, who organised the visit, is working on a time capsule as part of their learning . They were repaid with a delicious festive feast and a cuddle of the resident therapy dog Hattie.
The residents are now looking forward to their next visit where they will work together with school to produce some autobiographies and capture some precious memories from the past.
