Congratulations to Ellie and Ruby who came 2nd in the Young Chef Competition.
The competition was judged by renowned chefs Nigel Haworth (The Three Fishes - Whalley) and Tom Parker (The White Swan - Fence) and was open to year 9 students from schools across the county. The students progressed through the stages demonstrating excellent teamwork, communication, timekeeping and culinary skills.
Their prize was a meal for 4 at a Michelin Star restaurant. Well done!
