Congratulations to the Students and staff at Garstang Community Academy who just keep on getting better and better. Following last year’s record breaking results, we are delighted to report an even better performance this year in almost every measure!
It has been a really difficult year in many ways, and these amazing results are testament to the resilience and industry of everyone at GCA.
There were many stand out individual performances, with a large number of students gaining the new GCSE grade 9's in all areas, from the Sciences, English, and Maths to Art and Physical Education, as well as superb vocational successes in areas such as Catering, Engineering and Business.
I wish all of our wonderful students all the very best as they move on, with the grades they need, to the next exciting phase of their lives.
